| We had a fire this spring and my wife lost her entire collection of Hermes scarves. Pat worked with the insurance company directly. I didn't have to do anything just gave them my list. So many of the scarves were anniversary gifts or from the kids and had sentimental value. I highly recommend this store for Hermes scarves and the kind of customer service we used to get in the old days! Super people who care about more than just making a buck. Highly recommend. | |

| Before I started shopping at The Perfect Red Box I used to shop on ebay. The results varied from the occasional nice piece to alot of garbage. Basically, it was always a gamble and I never knew what to expect. I was ready to give up when I stumbled on one of Pat's auctions and decided to buy it. A week later my package arrived, even better than described. Since then, I've bought jewelery, a handbag and many scarves. I even had Pat send a few gifts for me last Christmas. I never worried if my packages would arrive or what the contents would be. These ladies know the meaning of the word service and work very hard to please their customers. I highly recommend TPRB.
